工作內容

a. Provide excellent customer service for inquires on products, order status, after sales services, warranty and return etc.

b. Operate and Manage e-Commerce Marketplace orders through ERP system

c. Prepare shipping documents for export

d. Create product listings content & market research for new arrivals on major Marketplace

e. Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation

f. Handle task and ad hoc project assigned by management

要求學歷 : a. 1 year or above relevant working experience in eCommerce or Logistics industry b. Solid experience of experience in Global Marketplace (eBay, Amazon, Cdiscount etc) is preferred c. Must be proficient in written and verbal English. Knowledge of other European languages would be given priority. d. Electronic products knowledge or experience is a benefit.

上班時間: Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday

上班地址 :  Kwai Hing

薪金 : HKD 14000 - 17000 , bank holiday, year-end bonus
