工作內容 Job Duties

• Assist the manager in providing support in event organizing such as fundraising events, workshops, meetings, training sessions;

• Assist to prepare and produce various corporate communication materials including proposals, speeches, publications, social media contents and promotional materials for public awareness and fundraising purposes;

• Assist to manage partnership projects with the business and corporate partners;

• Keep a systematic filing system and regularly updating and maintaining donor database etc;

• Compile and write regular post-event reports;

• Responsible for Student Program in Hong Kong, assist in the development of the student program and maintain relationships with schools and student ambassadors

• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned



Job Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration / Communications/ Journalism or related disciplines with 1-2 years of solid working experience (Candidates with less than 1 year of working experience may be considered as Project Assistant);

• Demonstrate a can-do attitude, highly motivated, able to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills;

• Presentable and display a mature personality with analytical thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Innovative, diligent, self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines;

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

• Immediate available is preferred



About Sheen Hok Charitable Foundation

Sheen Hok Charitable Foundation was co-founded by Mr. Louis Chiu Sheen Charm and Professor Alice Chiu Tsang Hok Wan, BBS, JP in July 1994 with the primary objectives of serving underprivileged children, the elderly, disabled, sick and needy, as well as victims of natural disasters who have no place else to turn.

Over the years, Sheen Hok has not only helped improve the eyesight of thousands of children with Amblyopia, but also supported over 300 charitable organizations with beneficiaries from infants, orphans, pregnant women, the elderly, disabled, to children with facial deformities and victims of natural disasters. Sheen Hok has sponsored the establishment of universities, primary schools and kindergartens in Mainland China, as well as financially supported underprivileged students in China for their university studies. It has also supported many hospitals in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
