工作內容 :

Provide customer service to the company clients from China and HK market; Handle customers enquiries and resolve their issues with active listening; Resolve and handle customer complaints or special orders through emails and phone calls; Process customer orders in professional manners


薪金 :

每月$11,000 - $14,000, 有年假10天, 銀行假期, 在職培訓, 醫療福利, 雙糧 及婚假, 星期一至五: 上午8時半...

要求學歷 :

中五程度; 2年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
