Job Description
Independent to arrange shipment from China to international market on time, efficiently, and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full set I/E shipment and banking document independently.
Arrange shipment from China to worldwide.
Coordinate and planning with own factory for inspection and shipment.
Communicate with Sales team on order, inspection and shipment update.
Book shipment inspection and follow up.
Update internal system for DN and invoicing.
Liaise with trucker / forwarder / carrier for shipment arrangement.
Resolve shipment issues with trucker, forwarder, customs, inspection house and factory.
ECIC declaration
Prepare and follow up the material import shipment to factory.
Other Essentials:
Can work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team spirit
Willing to take up ad hoc task
要求學歷 : Qualifications, skills & Experiences *DSE or above *3 years solid experience in shipment from China / HK to worldwide *Experience with HARDGOODS shipment to big retail stores like K-Mart. *Understand the shipment process and work flow of own factory in China. *Knowledge of China customs clearance procedure. *Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing *Good spoken and written of English and Mandarin *Good problem solving skill Independent, initiative and responsible
