Administrative Assistant

工作內容 1. Performing receptionist duties including handling telephone calls, greeting visitors and arranging daily mails and courier and keeping record
2. Handling office administrative work and provide clerical support, such as meeting rooms, flight tickets and document collecting and filing
3. Responsible for all stationery requisition and other printed materials such as name card required by the Company
4. Coordinate office equipment servicing, repair & maintenance
5. Help with staff business expenses reimbursement
6. Performing other assignments and projects / functions as assigned by Administrative Manager
7. Handling company secretarial duties, such as documents to Company Registry etc.
8. Help with part of business duties, such as business contracts, invoices review, contacting supplier etc.
9. To assist in ad hoc projects when necessary
Requirements:
1. Diploma Holder / F.7 or above
2. Cooperative, helpful, easygoing personality with strong team work spirit
3. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks, mature and positive work attitude
4. Hong Kong Permanent ID holder is a must
5. Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English, good Mandarin speaking is preferred
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Proficient knowledge in computer applications (including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
Immediately available is preferred
