工作內容 Job Description
Job duties:
- Perform reception role in handling incoming telephone calls, mails & greeting visitors
- Handle general administrative duties including preparation of staff attendance report, procurement of office supplies, data entry, filing, maintenance of office equipment
- Perform outdoors duties such as cheque deposit and mailing
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:-
- Diploma or above with at least 1 year working experience in office administration and reception
- Well-organized, detail-minded, responsible, hardworking with pleasant personalities and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
要求學歷 : 中五程度或DSE畢業或以上學歷
上班時間: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天工作
上班地址 : 荔枝角
薪金 : 面議 (視乎工作經驗而定)
