Job Responsibilities
為客戶提供專業和友好的客戶服務
接待及解答病人問題;接聽電話預約;處理文書工作;一般行政工作
處理其他臨時分配的職責
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Handle customer service hotline and other enquiries / requests from internal and external customers in timely and courteous manner;
Coordinate with internal and external parties for ensuring patients’ reservations are handled accurately and professionally;
Follow up payment with clients, clinics, corporate and insurance companies
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
具醫療, 診所, 保險或客戶服務經驗優先
DSE以上,歡迎畢業生申請
友善溝通技巧
人際關係良好、能夠融入團隊工作,具有合作精神
能於壓力環境下工作
Diploma holder or above;
Prior experience in hospital, CS or insurance company preferred
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Customer-oriented with Initiative, detail-minded, cheerful with good interpersonal skills
Team player, and able to work independently and under pressure
Good knowledge of computer skill, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Email system
Fresh graduate will also be considered.

薪金 : 月薪 $11000 起
