訂單管理協調員 Order Admin Coordinator



Job Responsibilities:



- Act as a contact point of Sales Team and Customers for ordering arrangement

- Handle incoming call / email / fax for the assigned accounts

- Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering, eg. order entry, delivery follow up, goods return request, credit note entry

- Resolve the enquiries of Customers such as dispensary, doctor, government and supplier in a courteous and efficient manner

- Coordinate with warehouse and distribution team to ensure on-time delivery and return of concerned orders

- Gather data and prepare the daily monitoring report

- Handle customer account creation & maintenance

- Any other operational duties or ad hoc project as assigned



You will be expected to work in Tsing Yi.
