工作內容 Company Overview:
We are a leader in providing Integrative Healthcare and Wellbeing services in Asia in the past 10 years. Our two professional-grade wellness centres in Hong Kong are located in prime office areas (Central and Tsim Sha Tsui) and have the strong support of a well-established clientele.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Handling incoming phone calls
-Handle clients’ appointments with BRT Wellness Consultants
-Handle inventory control
-Maintain effective communication with clients to achieve customer excellence
-Liaise and co-ordinate with staff & management to ensure high quality of service and customer satisfaction
-Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Manager/Directors
-Handle and follow up the inquiries and complaints and report to the Manager/Directors

要求學歷 : Form 5 or above
上班時間: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm

薪金 : HK$15000 or above
