工作內容 :



Perform general receptionist duties in a professional manner,Maintain proper filing,Handle official expenditures & claims in a timely manner,Liaise with various departments meeting minutes & daily all-round admin duties,Maintain office hygiene,Ad-hoc project(s) (Immediate availability is preferred)


薪金 :

每月$12,000 - $16,000, 有銀行假期 及醫療福利, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時及星期六: 上午9時至下午1時, ...

要求學歷 :

中六程度; 5年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文; 懂電腦文書處理; 懂MS Word; 懂MS PowerPoint; 懂MS Outlook; 懂MS Excel; Good communication skill, responsible, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
