Provide full range of office administrative support duties such as ordering stationery, name card printing, arrange maintenance of office equipment; Perform general reception duties include handling phone calls, handling incoming/ outgoing mails, couriers, faxes, greeting / serving clients

要求學歷 :
專上教育:文憑/證書; 2年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂MS Word; 懂MS Outlook; 懂MS Excel; 懂中英文電腦操作; (Arrange company activities such as venue booking, annual dinner)
