職責:
負責酒店前台日常運作; 接聽電話及處理客人查詢; 負責接待客人的入住或退房登記工作; 提供專業的客戶服務,維持良好客戶關係; 處理其他即時指派的工作

Urbanwood Hotels and Residences is part of CTL Group. CTL is a 21-year old real estate developer based in Hong Kong. We operate various businesses, from hotels to serviced apartments, elderly care & services to restaurants, and food distribution.
