行政助理
工作內容 :
負責處理一般前台及辦公室行政工作,but not limited to attendance, leave management, greeting guests, phone calls, courier services, office supplies, office maintenance and business correspondence, etc.;Monitor & administer the office fixed assets, contract renewal and telecommunications, etc.
薪金 :
每月$15,000 - $20,000, 有雙糧, 年假12天, 銀行假期, 酌情性花紅, 牙科福利, 醫療福利 及年終獎金, 星期一...
要求學歷 :
中五程度; 3年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Word; 懂MS Outlook; 懂MS Excel; 具有一般互聯網知識; 懂中英文電腦操作; (Implement the administration policies in compliance with HQ SOP, internal policies & procedures)
