Sales Administrative Clerk/Officer
: LPC Insurance Brokers Limited
• Enter data and upload required documents in InsurNet and Google Drive.
• Perform insurance policy administrative works, including processing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of insurance policies and transactions, policy chasing, issue debit notes.
• Download e-policies from the system and arrange filing of the relevant documents.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.
• HKCEE/HKDSE graduates.
• Experience as an administrative clerk in an insurance broker company with a focus on insurance policy administration and/or sales support is definitely an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Good team player while also can work independently.
• Knowledge of using InsurNet is an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Administrative Officer.
