Customer Service Executive

工作內容 Job Description
You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing quality teleservices in a tactful and timely manner.
Your Role:
Provide support for electronic payment service in call center environment
Handle customers enquiries and complaints via telephone, live chat and emails
5-day work per week
No sales is required
Work Location:
Mei Foo (5-mins walking distance from MTR station)
Working Hours:
42.5 hours per week, 5-day work
Willing to take up shift duty within 0900-2100 on Mon-Fri, and work on weekend (0900-1800) & public holidays (if necessary)
To succeed in this role:
F.5 / DSE or above with minimum 1 year of customer service experience; Fresh Graduates are also welcome
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; fluent Putonghua would be an added advantage
Good computer knowledge, data entry and typing skills in English and Chinese (速成/倉頡)
Immediately available is preferred
