工作內容 :



Responsible to handle all tele./live chat/email customers enquiries in a quality manner;Coordinate w/frontline staffs to ensure customer order is delivered on time;Follow up orders from order placed to delivery&provide after sales service;Co-ordinate w/ suppliers&contractors for orders follow up

要求學歷 :

中六程度; 2年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般普通話; 良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂電腦文書處理; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂英文打字; 懂中文打字; 具有基本電腦操作知識; 工作有熱情,能獨立工作,處事有條理,以客戶為導向,能與各方合作;Good communication&interpersonal skills
