General Office Clerk

Job description:
• General duties of General Office Clerk, including filing, data input, photocopying, preparing reports etc.,
• Preparing product pre-order list
• Handling ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:
• Form 5 or above
• Good knowledge in Animes is preferred
• Good command in English and fluent in Chinese
• Proficient in word processing in both Chinese and English
• Detail-minded, proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn

SEA FREIGHT OPERATIONS CLERK

Duties:
 As the coordinator between customers / shippers / agents
 To handle full set of sea freight im/export documents and basic knowledge about sea im/export
 To handle trucking from hkg to china
 Handling of import & export declaration
 Any Ad hoc duties or projects
 Report to manager

Requirements:
 Understanding whole process of sea im/export and basic knowledge about sea im/export
 F.5 / DSE or above Min 2 years’ solid experience in handling full set of import / export document
 Familiar with import / export declaration procedures
 Familiar in using Microsoft Office
 Fast and accurate typing in both Chinese & English
 Able to communicate in oral English and fluent Putonghua
 Hard-working, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
 5.5 Day work week• (Long Short week after probation)
 Double Pay, Bank Holidays
 10 Days Annual Holidays
 Willing to work overtime
 Immediate available or with short notice period preferred

Salary :Negotiable
