Administrative and Accounting Officer (5 Days Work)

We are management consultant and financial advisory company. The Company is constantly expanding and growing with portfolio of brands and businesses, and we are now looking for Administrative and Accounting Officer to join our company to support current expansion. Responsibilities ․ Perform day-to-day company administration and accounting functions ․ Maintain filing system and confidential information ․ Prepare and present monthly administration and management accounting reports, group consolidations, cash forecasting, and budgeting ․ Responsible for bank reconciliation, vouchers and inter-company transactions ․ Prepares statistical reports including data collection and analysis ․ Manage departmental meeting, and monitor weekly meeting tasks ․ Responsible for taking minutes, preparing memos and announcements on behalf of the Management Requirements: ․ Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Accounting or a related discipline ․ LCCI Level 2 is an advantage ․ At least 2 years of relevant working experience ․ Proficient in MS Word and Excel Processing ․ Proficient in English and Chinese word processing ․ Good analytical skills, high accuracy and able to work independently ․ Immediate available is preferable ․ Candidate with more experience will be considered as Administrative & Accounting Manager. Work location: Kwai Fong Work Hours: Monday – Friday / 9am – 6pm We Offer: $13,000 - $18,000 per month (depending on working experiences), MPF, annual leave, double-pay, on-job training, promotion opportunity.
